Business Description

Lorraine Edminster is a Professional teacher of the Ron Fletcher Work as well as classical Pilates. She has studied and practiced under the tutelage of Pilates Elder Ron Fletcher, as well as with second generation teachers Amy Taylor Alpers, Rachel Taylor Segel, Michele Larrson, Rael Isacowitz and Diane Severino. For over 20 years her studio, Power House Pilates, has offered private and semi-private Pilates instruction. Lorraine is known for her skilled, nurturing and individualized teaching approach. She has helped scores of individuals attain improved body awareness, strength, range of motion, relief from pain, increased energy and joy of movement. Power House invites students of all ages and abilities, from active athletes seeking to improve performance or recover from injury, to individuals seeking to enhance their overall physical well being through their adult or senior lives.
