Business Description

My name is Kelsey Bialowas, and I am the new owner of Pet Villa in Walker, MI! I have always had a passion for animals as long as I can remember. I started out thinking that I would be a veterinarian but soon found out that that was not the case. I started working for the previous owners in March of 2021 and absolutely LOVED the job! I got to interact with the dogs every day, learn their different personalities, communicate with the customers and most importantly HAVE FUN with the dogs! It wasn't until September of 2021 that the previous owners came to me with the offer to become the new owner of Pet Villa and of course I said YES! After months of learning and preparation I soon became the new owner in December of 2021! This has been the best experience thus far, and I am dedicated to continuing to grow the business while making it my own.
