Business Description

Hi Everyone. My name is Stephanie. In January 2022, I decided that it was time to use the lifetime of experience that I have acquired working with dogs and open up my own business. So I set out to buy all the equipment I needed and with the help of my fiancé with the heavy lifting and my amazing mother helping me through the filing of proper paperwork and insurance purchases. Tail Spin LLC was formed and on February 2nd of this year I officially opened up my Canine Salon and Spa out of my home. In November of 2022 we expanded and moved our in-home salon to a brick and mortar located at 5 E Grand Avenue, in Fox Lake to better serve our clientele. Here in Fox Lake we have an additional groomer.

I have worked with dogs since I was 12 years old. I have worked in kennels, trained dogs in obedience, AKC showmanship, and even cared for and trained mobility assistance dogs. I have a certification in Canine Massage Therapy and have now been grooming for over four years.
