Business Description

Terry Morrill graduated from California Polytechnic University with a degree in Architectural Engineering and has spent his career in the building industry, from real estate development to general construction.

Over the years, Terry became passionate about delivering outdoor spaces that exceed the customers expectations. This journey started in 1999.

He and his sons, Trent and Chad, acquired Pacific Pavingstone in 1999 and built a reputation for the highest quality masonry and paving stone work in Southern California. They formed California Waterscapes in 2001, becoming one of the country’s largest installers of natural-looking ponds. In 2007, they introduced Pacific Outdoor Living to incorporate all the companies under one name to deliver the best in outdoor spaces through complete landscaping design and construction.
