Business Description
My name is Nhandi and I am a strength coach born and raised here is the Bay Area. I have always been an active person from a young age. I grew up playing all kinds of sports from swimming, soccer, flag football and even ran track. But during high school I tore my ACL playing soccer and did a year and a half of rehab and strength training.
While in undergrad at LMU I completely lost my motivation for fitness. I wasn't playing sports anymore and wasn't motivated to maintain my health since I was no longer a competitive athlete. I hated going to big box gyms waiting for machines and equipment. This was the least active and most unhealthy time in my life.
After graduating, I worked as a physical therapist aide in a a clinic that contained strength coaches and other fitness professionals. It was there where I fell back in love with health and fitness! I learned to train for life, train for hobbies and train to push yourself to your limits. I try to pass this mindset to all my clients!
