Business Description

I started my mortgage banking career in 1995. Since then I learned a lot about the mortgage business. I was a wholesale account executive for three large banks, a loan originator, and I did some mortgage processing and underwriting. I set up NewCastle in 2003. Over the years I learned how to win in the turbulent, heavily regulated and competitive mortgage business. I love my job; I take it seriously, and I plan everything.
