Business Description
Board certified Internal Medicine. Locally practicing in Bay county since 1991. Started working at Bay Medical Center Emergency department for a few years then worked at Seawind while having my children.
On September 10th, 2001, I opened my private practice, first in Panama City, then later in Panama City Beach. However, after a few years of witnessing the changes in healthcare, I decided to rethink how I practiced medicine.
I decided that if I wanted to spend more time with my patients, not have them wait, and truly give them the time they deserved, I was going to have to change the way I did things. That prompted me to
transition to personalized medicine or "concierge medicine" which would allow me more time with patients.
With more time to spend with them, I could treat them as a whole person instead of just a symptom, I could be proactive and focus on preventative medicine, instead of reactive medicine, i.e waiting for a problem to happen and then fixing it.
