My name is Ross Francis. In 2002 I got my Massage Therapy License - 500 hrs and my Personal Training License. I immediately moved to Florida to train with my stretching mentor Aaron Mattes. He me a job traveling on the ATP Tennis Tour. I went to Wimbledon, French Open and Germany. I was recruited by Saddlebrook Tennis and Golf Academy in FL. where I trained students from 8 - 18 years old.
In 2010 I moved to Los Angeles and begin meeting people in the Crossfit, Martial Arts and Boxing worlds. I've worked with various athletes since then from hundreds of Crossfiters, Amateur Muai Thai fighters, Collegiate Baseball players, Highschool Runners etc.
It's my passion to help people learn and grow better in life physically, mentally and spiritually.
