Dr. Andrew was raised in Southern California. As much as he loves the beach, he and his family fell in love with Moab and have never turned back. From the age of five, he knew he was destined to be a doctor. What kind of a doctor he was going to be changed every few years as he was exposed to the different specialties. It wasn't until his second year of medical school that it finally hit him: He could not limit himself to a single body part, organ system, disease, or age range. He enjoyed them all too much. From then on, he knew he had found his calling in Family Medicine. This specialty has enabled him to pursue his passion for helping a broad range of people with a broad range of problems. He particularly enjoys helping people make the changes they need to bring their lives and health back into balance. Wherever possible, instead of covering up symptoms and managing diseases with drugs, Dr. Andrew prefers to address underlying causes to enable the body to heal itself.
