Business Description

Katherine is a 'Renaissance' woman! After graduating from the university of Wisconsin with a BA in Germanic studies, literature and music, she moved to Napa to work in the wine industry and learn about wine. While continuing her music and studying wine, she started also practicing yoga in 2011. In the fall of 2015 is when she really started getting serious with fitness and especially yoga and meditation as a stress reliever from her job. 2016 she made the leap to leave the wine industry and study fitness and nutrition. By July 2016 she became a personal trainer and yoga instructor. Her style of personal training incorporates exercises one can do anywhere, with an emphasis on yoga after each work out.
