Jill G. founded Lambent Services and participates in all aspects of its functioning. She received her B.A. from Yale College in Literature, and her M.A. from N.Y.U. in Clinical Psychology. Jill is trained as a psychodynamic and strategic family therapist, and brings to Lambent Services strategies for optimizing working relationships.
Past professional experience include being a therapist at the N.Y.U. psychology clinic; a researcher at the Yale Psychiatric Institute and the Queens Hospital Center; and a caseworker at Covenant House and the Henry Ittleson Center. For eight years, Jill served on the board of The Jerome Lyle Rappaport Charitable Foundation, where she learned best practices for family philanthropy. Her interests there included facilitating intergenerational conversations about wealth, and initiating The Rappaport Prize, an annual art award given in conjunction with the DeCordova Museum.
