Hello, I am Curtis "Kirby" Rose. Kirby is a nickname that I picked up years ago in school!

I am a "Jack of All Trades", that has worked for many great businesses and a few not so great businesses. In that time I learned a very important skill, If not THE most important skill in business, customer satisfaction! I realized that the clients that I was working for were the real "bosses" on the job! They are the ones paying their hard earned money for a service. They were writing the checks, and the business owners were just signing them. We'll, I decided to get rid of the middle man and go into business myself!

My clients are of the utmost importance to me! Their satisfaction is what I strive for. I can tell when a client is not pleased with something, and I try to remedy that situation right away! My current clientele know that if they do not approve of the work, all they have to do is let me know, and I will make it right, even if it means that I will lose money in the deal!
