He has taken many IICRC courses to further his knowledge and researched the best cleaning methods possible. He also has many years of carpet cleaning experience. He wants to guarantee satisfaction to all his customers in Honolulu, Hi and won't stop until he does. Even if it means returning to a job that a customer was unhappy with, which has not been an issue since he started the company. Craig is a friendly, family, business owner.
