Business Description

My name is Cesar, I have been the owner of Julian's since 2011. I am an engineer graduated from UTEP. I moved away after I finished my masters in engineering and I was away for 7 years. I came back to El Paso looking to do something new and that's how I became the owner of this amazing business. We expanded right away and started doing doggie daycare in 2012 and we just recently opened up our new location for grooming, daycare and boarding on the East side of El Paso.
