Chef Jeffrey Pearson C.E.C. Started in restaurants at age 18 and has been cooking and progressively growing and learning for the past 25 years. Inspired fascinated by great food and professional chefs from a young age. Jeffrey is motivated by endless learning and teaching of culinary arts. His career started at The Cliff House San Francisco where he quickly rose through the ranks and became a Sous Chef at The City Club San Francisco at age 23 doing high End large scale multiple events and weddings. He went on to be a chef at The Fairmont SMI, large high End Catering companies in Napa Ca, Tribeca Rooftop NYC, Bohemian Club SF, Monterey Plaza Hotel and Spa Banquet Chef as well as Fountainbleu Miami Beach. Jeffrey is a Certified Executive Chef with The American Culinary Federation. He is confident and experienced in execution of any size or type of event from 7-7500. When not cooking Jeffrey enjoys traveling, eating different cuisines and learning as much as possible for continued growth.
