Business Description
Joseph Jimenez has been involved in martial arts for nearly 15 years with extensive training in Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Kenpo Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He teaches Kenpo and Kickboxing and a certifiied personal trainer with a specialty in mindful movement. While getting his bachelors in Math and Physics, Joseph developed a chronic injury that made it difficult to perform complex motions. Most approaches he came across led to short term solutions that only left him frustrated. Things turned around when he started hearing about the importance of mobility and technique which allowed him to workout and manage his pain. But something was still missing, none of this information told him how it felt to be in his own body. Thinking that he needed to find the answers in science, he eventually realized all he needed to know was in his traditional martial arts training. What that in mind he developed and hashed out the principles that are now part of his unique training method.
