Business Description
Don, the owner, has been working in the computer industry since he was 10 years old, programming computers commercially before it was considered cool. Self taught for a long time. Attended and graduated Heald Institute of Technology with an Associates of Applied Science (AAS) with an A+ average in his early 20s while working for 3Com Corporation in Santa Clara, CA and at Apple Computer, Inc. in Cupertino, CA as an engineering tech II. He continued with college and a career outside of computers and finally, after retiring, came back. He's getting authorized by Apple Computer for the Apple Authorized Technician (AAT) certification and CompTia A+, Net+, and Comp. Sec.+ certifications while simultaneously opening the shop. We will soon be an Apple Computer Authorized Service Center, allowed to do Mac warranty service and repairs.
