Business Description

Hi, I'm Lacy J, also known as Lindsey. I am a mother of 3 boys and enjoy being outdoors with my family playing sports and being active. I danced from the age of 3 and continued my passion for movement throughout college earning a B.S. in Dance with a minor in Psychology. It was during my interview for graduate school to be a Dance/Movement Therapist that I was guided to become a Pilates instructor to familiarize myself with not only my own body, but other body types as well. I fell in love with Pilates! Pilates not only made my body feel young and healthy again, but I discovered that I really enjoy teaching the method. I studied under a master of Pilates, Michele Larsson, and continued my education through not only Pilates but other programs to develop my own unique style of fitness called J Pilates. My team at Midland are trained through my method and I am opening the doors to new studios. Be on the lookout for more J Pilates locations popping up in the near future.
