Business Description

IronWood Fitness was founded by James Kean in 2018. James served in the US Army for 8 years. He served a tour in Iraq in 2005-2006.

After 15 years in the healthcare industry, he realized that he was on the wrong end of helping people. It was time to get on the preventative side of healthcare and help people before they get to the hospital. He has 12 years experience in Leadership and Coaching.

IronWood Fitness is able to offer a vast array of services that include focus on YOUR goals, nutritional advice and support, body metric tracking, and a one of a kind atmosphere where the members are a community of friends. James holds a MBA from Liberty University.
