Wade Dickinson, Owner and operator. I began this business to fill a niche that was non existent at the time: A place where you could get any high end item engraved without worry or stress. I like to tell people "If I tell you I can't do what you need engraved, you probably won't get it done anywhere!" and that's pretty much true. I try to look at each job I work on and pretend that I'm engraving it for personal reasons, a loved one or friend, then I try to make it into a lasting treasure.

Over the years I have engraved well over 300,000 items (really!) and we care about each and every one of them, I engrave or emboss it to the best of my ability, I'm never on automatic, I think about how I want it to look, and what emotion the recipient will feel when they see my work.
