Business Description
My name is Jodie (Teibel) Guzman, I became a hairstylist at the ripe age of 4 where I began cutting the hair of my Moms Vintage 1950's Barbie's (much to her dismay). Eventually I upgraded to cutting the fur of my childhood dog, Mimi, my own hair, then some high school girlfriends. By the time 2003 came around I had enough of guessing how to cut hair and enrolled myself at Creative Hairstyling Academy and will be forever grateful to have taken that first step. After many years in both private and corporate salons- having great success, in May 2017 I went into business for myself! The following year, I was offered an amazing opportunity to audition to become an Artistic Educator with Matrix! Currently I am in salon with guests 4 days a week and in training with Matrix an additional day. I feel like I am living proof that what you put into the universe will certainly come back to you!
