Business Description
Molly received her B.A. in Political Science at Vassar College and her M.Ed. in Sport and Exercise Psychology at the University of Virginia. Molly spent many years working in the non-profit world. She specialized in creating and running programs that taught life skills through physical activity to underserved children.
Molly decided she wanted a change from the non-profit world and after coming home from work to a freshly-cleaned house, was unable to breathe because of the toxic chemicals used. Thus planted the seed for green sweep. Molly went to work in the cleaning industry to learn the tricks of the trade and to see if this was really going to be the next step ... and it was. After a year of business planning, Molly launched green sweep in early 2009 and hasn't looked back since. Molly says that she was "meant" to own and operate her own company and that "it feels great to do business differently: ethically and responsibly."
