Goat Local is a small business that was founded in 2023. As residents of this beautiful state, the owners were inspired by the friendly atmosphere and the vibrant, historic downtown in Delaware that they've called home since 2017.

The name "Goat Local" was inspired by the iconic animal that is often seen roaming the fields and farms of rural Delaware. But more than just a cute and memorable name, it also represents the core values of the business like having a good foundation, resilience and adaptability.

In 2023, Rob and Lee Ann opened up a beautiful storefront in the heart of their community. The store's eclectic vibe creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for customers to browse and discover unique wares and locally-made products all with a nature-tinged theme. Each item is carefully selected by Rob and Lee Ann, with a focus on quality, sustainability, and supporting small businesses.
