Hi there! I'm Coach Shelby. I have had a successful career as a D1 track and field athlete and success in other athletic arenas as well. However, I have found my passion to be lifting others up so they can feel the empowerment of conquering new challenges and improving their health. I have an extensive background in different sports as well as a NASM Personal Trainer Certification, a Performance Enhancement Specialization, as well as a Golf Fitness Specialization. I truly love meeting new people and leaving them more empowered and healthier than I found them even if I just spend an hour with them. I am always up for a challenge and I expect my clients to be too. You can always achieve as long as you believe!
