Business Description
I try very hard to maintain personal relationships with my customers. Try as I might, I can't remember everyone's name and everyone's guitar, but I give all my customers the same service whether they are a casual player or a rockstar. I'm always open to special requests such as alternate tuning, string gauges, etc.. I find a little communication goes a long way. I tell every customer that if there's any problems with a repair I do, I will make it right or give them a full refund.
