Business Description
I have worked in the Wellness/Fitness industry for over 20 years. I started off as an aerobics instructor in a local facility until I went to college. In school I obtained my first degree in Exercise Sciences and worked as a personal trainer in the school Recreation Center. From there I worked in corporate fitness for over 9 years. While working in corporate fitness I went back to school and obtained a second degree in Nutrition Sciences. After completing school I left corporate fitness to pursue opening my own fitness business. Currently I work as a traveling trainer where myself and a small, yet devoted staff travel to our clients to service their fitness and wellness needs. While running my business I also work at a local doctors office as the onsite nutritionist where my programming is extremely successful. On the side I teach group exercise, like zumba, boot camp, etc. for the University of Richmond. I love what I do and I live to help others change their lives!
