Through lots of self exploration with different diets, workouts, lifestyles, jobs, degrees, and hobbies she has finally come to a place of healing, and stability. Because of this new found clarity, she now has the energy, resources, and commitment to getting her children started out on a lifetime of healthy choices. She let go of my perfectionism with her families diet, and unlocked realism. With years under her belt as a personal chef, and culinary teacher, and preparing food for families of all different ages, and feeding her own "picky" eaters, she knows she can help other individuals and families do the same.
