Business Description

Being in the worst shape of my life motivated me to get to where I am today. I took a picture at my worst (January 2015), knowing that I never wanted to look or feel like that again. Through my extensive workout and nutrition knowledge, I developed my own meal and workout plan to get myself back into shape which turned 2015 to be the most life-changing transformation I ve ever went through! I lost 45 pounds of fat and gained 20 pounds of lean muscle. Come 2016, I was a new me! I dropped my weight down to 195 pounds and cut my body fat almost in half, to 10%. I've maintained this physique since then, and because of these results, I became a Personal Trainer and created my company, Elite Fitness Training.

I have been working out for over two decades, was a former DII football collegiate athlete, and now, I'm a proud certified Personal Trainer helping a vast amount of people with their fitness journey through the techniques I've created. Let's train to win together!
