My name is Jeff and fitness is my life! I am an energetic, fun-loving, hard-working, no-excuses fitness trainer who loves to be active. I occasionally enjoy a nice glass of Moscato and my favorite movies are blah blah blah.... haha just kidding. Back to the point. Fitness has been a part of my life in the form of games and sports ever since I was a little kid. Before organized sports it was tetherball, tag, kickball, 500, you know, the classics! Then came football which started in 6th grade and I played all the way through college and loved every second of it! The team atmosphere and camaraderie are special elements that can seldom be replicated. During my youth I also dabbled in other sports like basketball, track, and even racquetball!
In college, I received my degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis on Physical Education. This is where I found my true passion for helping people get fit and change their lives forever.
