Business Description

I'm a father of two young athletes, husband to a functional nurse practitioner, and son to a navy veteran dad and entrepreneur mom. I've immersed myself in entrepreneurship and leadership my whole life. Graduating from CSUSM's College of Business and establishing the Entrepreneurship Society while navigating fatherhood, managing multiple startups, pandemic lockdowns, and living a very active lifestyle, I've always made time for my passion in baseball and softball. Watching my boys grow up, teaching them, and seeing them follow in the joy of playing sports, I've found a new rewarding calling in coaching. Coaching my boys was one thing, but developing an entire team can be challenging. Seeing a team develop over the course of a season has become addicting. This is what has inspired the opening of Dingers. For the next chapter in this journey of life, this is my opportunity to Step Up To The Plate.
