While serving in the US Army for 10 years, Roger was a 9-time US Army Physical Fitness Excellence Award Recipient and a US Army Special Populations Fitness Instructor. This time also offered him the opportunity to coach high school football in Korea and to play football at the semi-professional and professional levels in Germany.
