Founder Erica Rascon is a 500-hr Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance certified in the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method as well as a Certified Aromatherapy Health Practitioner and Master Herbalist.

Deeply Rooted Wellness + Yoga combines multiple modalities to promote health in body, mind and spirit. Yoga services include hatha, vinyasa, chair, yin, and restorative practices as well as meditation and pranayama. Herbal products include custom essential oil blends and custom herbal teas.
