Business Description
Dave started working in his father's Ford dealership in Wayne, NJ when he was just 15 years old. He worked in the prep department washing and detailing cars. Over the next 25 years he worked his way up through the sales department, the F&I department, into & through various sales management positions, finally becoming the General Manager of Wayne Ford. In 2006, Dave was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to buy Dayton Toyota and Dayton Collision Center in South Brunswick, NJ. He has served as President and Dealer Principal ever since. Dave is also the current President of Wayne Ford.
Dave graduated from Wake Forest with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing and got his M.B.A. from Northwestern. Along with his knowledge of business and marketing, Dave brings the long legacy of family values that were instilled in him by his father some 25 years ago. It is in those values that you find his commitment to customer satisfaction, quality work & personal touch.
