Business Description

June 2nd, 2016 I seperated from the US Army under Honorable Conditions in order to pursue my six year dream of opening my own CrossFit affiliate. I believe I can help people shift their paradims regarding fitness, making fitness fun, grow a supportive community where members become healthier, happier and more confident in their daily lives.

I commissioned from Colorado State University (CSU) and entered the Army June 2nd, 2012. I finished Infantry Officers Basic Course and graduated from Ranger school January 2013, joining the 82nd Airborne Division in Fort Bragg, NC, where I served until leaving the service as a junior Captain.

I earned my CrossFit level one and Kids certificates while in school, the CrossFit level two certificate while in the service, and have been training people in CrossFit since 2011.
