Business Description

I am 24 years old times 2 but I feel better than I did when I was 24 yrs old times 1. One reason - CrossFit. In 1989 I had a motorcycle accident and broke my back. I was almost paralyzed. Over the following 20 years, I couldn't make it through the day without excruciating back pain. I gained 30 lbs as I got older. I would go back and forth between exercise programs but never saw sustained results or relief from my back pain. Until I met Jay Leydon at Crossfit Milford in 2008(yes, I know another plug for leydon). I told him my sob story and we got rolling. At first I could barely deadlift a pvc pipe from my knees. But now almost 4 years later I deadlift over 300 lbs with ease, can do a sub 3:30 Fran time and my back doesn't hurt anymore. I can even stand on my hands with my daughters and pose for pictures. I have been a business coach and mentor for over 15 years. Now I am a crossfit coach and it is the most rewarding job I have ever done.
