Keith's passion for helping animals led him to volunteer as the Central Sponsor for Clark County to support the guidelines of ordinance 10.06, which provided the ability to feed and care for feral cats. After working with local rescue groups and colony caretakers to implement the ordinance, he helped establish the Community Cat Coalition of Clark County.
