Business Description

I'm a Graduate of Virginia Tech where I received a B.S. in Finance. I've been happily married for over fifteen years and I'm a mother of three awesome children. I began training at Comal CrossFit in 2009 and started coaching classes shortly thereafter. Nothing brings me more gratification than seeing others do things they didn't think possible. Whether the goal is to lose 30 lbs. or complete a marathon, I believe we all have it in us to make it happen. I am passionate about helping other people "make it happen!"
