Business Description

I hated fitness. I was disgusted even thinking about picking up a pair of pink 5 pound dumbbells. I tried forcing myself to like breaking a sweat and "feeling the burn" but it just wan't happening: until my husband drug me to a CrossFit gym that had just opened up in our town. Literally drug. You can imagine the disdain I felt when I got there and realized I was the only girl amidst a bunch of buff military dudes, law enforcement, and Swat officers bench pressing more then I weighed. As I sat over in the corner casually burning calories on the assault bike, I determined I wasn't going to let my embarrassment keep me from living my best life. Ever since then I have been obsessed with fitness and love the feeling of challenging myself and I want to share that with others.
