Business Description

IOwner/operator Donna Piper: For over 20 years, I have taught Pilates, yoga and dance. I am a NASM certified personal trainer. In addition, I have a Master of Arts degree in Dance Movement Therapy from Columbia.

My whole adult life has been about movement.

I wanted to create a space where anyone can come and feel nourished by movement, connect deeply to themself as well as others.
