Dr. Justin Gruby began his academic career on a pre-med track, focusing his undergraduate studies on immunology, and infectious disease. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a B.S. in Natural Sciences, Dr. Gruby enrolled at the National University of Health Sciences in 2003. At NUHS he received an additional Bachelors Degree in Human Biology and his Doctorate of Chiropractic.
During his professional studies Dr. Gruby excelled in the areas of soft tissue therapy, lower extremity orthopedics, low force joint mobilization, and clinical nutrition. He was twice awarded the Homer G. Beatty scholarship, given only to those who demonstrated outstanding ability in the area of chiropractic technique. He also served as an assistant teacher in the areas of spinal and extremity anatomy and chiropractic manipulative therapy of joints and soft tissues.
