Business Description

Richard can into this business in 1975 as a senior in high school at Johnstown Vo-tech. He learned hoe to arrange flowers and run this business. When the owners finally wanted to retire they offered to sell the store to Richard so in 1999 Richard and his wife Connie bought the store and it continues to grow. They love and have a passion to make their customers happy and grateful that they choose Chester's for their floral needs.
