Business Description
Sherrie Keating met her husband at Cheryl-Ann Bridals and Tuxedos. Her daughter said her first words there. And the first project Keating took on when she bought the business in January of 2007 was to convert a store room to a play room for her son and daughter. "There's a lot of history here for me," Keating said. The Galena, Ill., native walked into the store as a college student looking for a part-time job and asked if they were hiring. She was hired that day, and has been with Cheryl-Ann Bridals ever since. Keating's favorite part of owning a bridal business is the joys and challenges of helping each of her customers realize their dream and take away the stress associated with planning any special event.
