Business Description

In 2011, my 24-7 workday led me to burnout and I came to understand that there is a distinction between running a business versus having the business "run you". I learned the hard way how to establish priorities, create balance between life and work, focus on what truly matters and build a business that it truly a reflection of who I am. I now know that leading a business is "an internal job" as much as an external one. 

Since then, I have been determined to help other entrepreneurs, mostly women and leaders, to do the same; pay attention on how they manage their time and energy while managing their business.

I am a firm believer that entrepreneurs are more empowered and powerful after transforming burnouts, breakdowns, and failures into breakthroughs by reclaiming their authentic power, their health, and their vitality. Since 1998, I have helped people around the world boost their profits by re-building sustainable business systems that include personal vision, passion, and purpose.
