Liz is a long time yoga practitioner, a native Austinite and a creative soul who loves to write, sew, paint and make jewelry. She is infinitely curious, a life-long student and lover of observing people and the world around her. When Liz was a Montessori School teacher in her early twenties, she found yoga, discovered her home within and has been in love with yoga ever since! She began implementing yoga stories, music and games with the children in her classroom and saw the immediate benefits afforded to her young students. Immediately she signed up for a teacher training and then over the next 12 years continued to learn about and teach yoga. She has a BS in Early Childhood Education from Texas State University, a Primary Montessori Certification from NAMC, as well as 800+ hours of training in Yoga from many excellent world-renowned teachers.
