Business Description
From its beginning as a solo opthalmic practice in Sedro Woolley in 1985, Cascadia Eye has grown steadily into the current Cascadia Eye with five locations and a passionate staff eager to take care of the local community's vision. Dan Siapco, MD, an owning partner and Board Certified Ophthalmologist, joined Cascadia Eye in 2003. He is the medical director for the surgical services and has performed thousands of surgeries to include cataract, LASIK, glaucoma and lid surgeries. Cascadia Eye's other owner partner and Board Certified Ophthalmologist is Carlindo DaReitz Pereira. Dr. Pereira joined Cascadia Eye in 2009 and is a fellowship trained cornea specialist, performing cornea consults, surgery and transplants, cataract and LASIK surgery.
