"I wanted to create something very special for people where they could spend a portion of their day to take a deep breath and feel relaxed".

Owner Meghann Smith is a local New Canaan mom with three kids who spends her days like most moms in the area. Despite the chaos of caring for three active children, she has made it her personal mission to help others. Whether it be through volunteer efforts, or her more than 22 years of professional experience in the beauty and design industries, Meghann has always found herself feeling most satisfied when helping others to feel good. Continuing further along that path, she now brings her passion and commitment to Calmë as a way to help others achieve their optimal wellness.
