Business Description
In the heart of California's farmland, Jasmine grew up helping her grandma and dad cook dinners for the family from produce out of their garden. Jasmine's passion for cooking motivated her to study Food Science at California State University, Fresno. While in college, she worked for Italian chef Jason Ruffoni and mastered the art of Neapolitan pizza making. After working for two small local businesses, Jasmine was inspired to jump in and join the artisan food movement with her own take--Brick L'Oven! She hopes her love for quality food, people, and the Central Valley comes across in every pizza.
