Business Description
Growing up in a family-owned Japanese restaurant in NYC, Tom's passion for the culinary arts was discovered and has been his driving motivation throughout his life. To fully understand food, Tom graduated with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and worked at a hospital for a duration. Wanting to help share and introduce people about healthy eating and lifestyle, Tom enrolled and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America where he was able to work in different areas of the restaurant industry while creating his own personal culinary contribution. Tom created BountiBowl to share his culinary passion to others with flavors inspired by different cultures with health as a key ingredient.
