BodyWorks of ShadySide is a family owned and operated Massage practice that has been serving the community of Pittsburgh and beyond for 10 Years. We are proud to pamper guests from out of town who come to Pittsburgh just to experience the magic of Bodyworks. BodyWorks understands the mind-body-spirit connection, and have treated hundreds of loyal guests to a level of healing and relaxation that rebuilds the self that has been damaged by stress to the body and soul.

Jeffrey Grinnel opened BodyWorks after embarking on his own amazing journey of transformation and healing. In 1999, he was overworked and overstressed; caught up in the high paced world of business management. Seeing the toll it took on his life, and the impact that overworking the body and spirit had on his physical health and interpersonal relationships, he decided to study massage.
