Hello and welcome to Body Evolution, a special place that I have been trying to create for over 25 years! I studied the Classical Pilates Method at the Pilates Center of Boulder in 1996. After receiving my certification, I worked and lived in Boulder, Austin, Texas, New York City and Paris, France, before settling in St Louis where my husband had gotten a job. During my time in St Louis, I raised two children while attending Logan University College of Chiropractic, where I graduated Magna cum laude. In 2020 I accepted a position as an associate doctor in Silver Lake, and went on to work there for two years. While there I was named a top 10 Chiropractor in Los Angeles. In March of 2022 I finally opened my own center, where I combine the best physical, as well as mental health modalities into one space. It is my passion in life to provide the kind of services to my patients, that allow them to overcome any limitations, so they can live happy, self-actualized lives full of joy.
